These terms form a binding agreement between you as a user and 712 as the platform operator. Continued use after any updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms. Users under 18 years old are prohibited from accessing any 712 services.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is allowed to register only one account on the 712 platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may lead to closure of all related accounts without prior notice and forfeiture of any balances.
You are fully responsible for ensuring your registration information is accurate, up-to-date, and complete including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address. 712 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documents. Your account password is confidential and must not be shared with others. Any activity under your account is entirely your responsibility.

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
712 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and not violate any applicable Malaysian laws. Specifically prohibited are:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform system
- Sharing account information or allowing others to use your account
- Committing any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation in betting or gaming
- Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
- Abusing bonuses or promotions in violation of stated terms
Violations of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and legal action if necessary.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 712 platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). 712 supports various local payment methods including online banking via FPX (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. Available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
Users are responsible for ensuring all deposits are made using payment methods registered in their own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets matching the account holder’s registered name on 712. 712 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals depend on the chosen payment method and the user’s account verification level. All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security review before approval. 712 reserves the right to delay or reject any transaction suspected of fraud or violating the terms of use.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
712 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The platform is provided “as is” without any guarantees of quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
712 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: failed or incomplete identity verification; suspected fraud or illegal activity; violation of usage terms; or as directed by relevant authorities. In cases of account closure for valid user-initiated reasons, any remaining balance after deducting unfulfilled bonus rollover requirements will be refunded through a method determined by 712.
Users with suspended accounts have the right to appeal by contacting our support team via email within 30 days from the suspension date.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Terms Amendments
All content on the 712 platform including, but not limited to, logos, interfaces, text, graphics, trademarks, and software code is the exclusive property of 712 and protected by relevant intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, displaying, or commercially using any 712 content without prior written permission from 712 management.
The 712 platform may contain links or references to third-party services including payment processors and game providers. 712 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the third parties’ terms and privacy policies separately.
712 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Your continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Malaysian law governs this agreement, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
